Mark Keam is running for the Virginia House of Delegates from the 35th District. Keam’s range of accomplishments include: attorney to the FCC, Assistant Chief Counsel for Advocacy at the SBA, and Chief Counsel to Dick Durbin at the Senate Judiciary Committee. He has also served on the following boards: Governor Kaine’s Asian American Advisory Board, DC Hate Crimes Task Force, and the Northern Virginia Democratic Business Council.
